About the Role:
DXN Ghana Ltd., a global health and wellness company, is looking for an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics, warehouse coordination, distributor servicing, and office efficiency. This is a leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values precision and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee warehouse operations, product stock levels, and inventory control
– Manage team leads, dispatch staff, and back-office employees
– Coordinate with regional headquarters and ensure KPI compliance
– Optimize operational workflows and reduce overheads
– Manage vendor contracts and third-party logistics
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
– 5+ years experience in operations or logistics management
– Proven leadership and cross-department coordination skills
– Strong command of Excel, inventory systems, and reporting tools
