Requirements:
-Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
-3 plus years of experience in HR management
-Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and laws
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
-Experience in recruitment ,talent management and employee development
Responsibilities
-Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
-Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee development
-Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
-Analyze HR data to inform business decisions
