Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers
Handle and Provide professional advice, customer inquiries,complaints
Identify and report defective, expired, or damaged products.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of Certificate or HND ( Degree in related field is an advantage).
At least 1–2 year ,experience in sales or customer service (preferably in paints industry)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of the painting industry is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Customer-friendly, approachable, and energetic.
Computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems) is a plus.
