Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Full Time

Job Description:
The HR Business Partner provides strategic and operational HR support, aligning people management with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with management on HR strategy and workforce planning
  • Manage recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
  • Lead talent development and succession planning
  • Provide HR analytics and strategic reports
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong HR advisory and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Certification: Mandatory professional HR certification
Accepted Certifications (any of the following):
  • SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP
  • HRCI (PHR / SPHR)
  • Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM – Ghana)
