Responsible for driving business growth by prospecting new clients, promoting insurance products, and converting leads into sales. The role involves preparing proposals, maintaining client relationships, and supporting marketing activities while meeting set targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect for new clients through field visits, referrals, and digital channels
Present and promote insurance products (Life, Health, and General Insurance)
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and presentations
Convert leads into business and meet assigned sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement
Conduct client needs assessments and provide suitable insurance solutions
Support marketing campaigns, activations, and corporate presentations
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Provide timely feedback on market trends and client needs
