Warehouse Manager Full Time

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, logistics coordination, and ensuring efficient storage and distribution of goods. This role ensures that all warehouse processes run smoothly, safely, and in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery coordination
• Develop and enforce safety procedures and standards
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments
• Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory status

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
