Operations Manager Full Time

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination across stores, warehouse, customer service, logistics, inventory, and staff performance to deliver excellent customer experiences and achieve business goals.

This role is responsible for improving operational efficiency, maintaining brand standards, controlling costs, and ensuring all retail branches run profitably and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all retail outlets and departments
• Ensure stores maintain high standards in customer service, visual presentation, and stock availability
• Coordinate inventory flow between warehouse, branches, and online sales channels
• Monitor sales performance, expenses, and operational KPIs
• Develop and improve operational processes, SOPs, and workflows
• Manage store opening/closing procedures, maintenance, and security compliance
• Supervise branch managers, supervisors, warehouse, and support teams
• Ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving stock items
• Work closely with marketing, procurement, and finance teams to support promotions and stock planning
• Resolve operational challenges affecting sales, delivery, or customer satisfaction
• Oversee logistics, dispatch, and order fulfillment processes
• Drive cost control initiatives and process optimization
• Prepare management reports with operational insights and recommendations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years experience in retail operations or branch management
• Strong knowledge of retail systems, inventory, and store processes
• Proven leadership and multi-branch team management experience
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Experience with POS systems, ERP, stock software, and reporting tools
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
