Sales Executive Contract

• Identify and contact potential clients including landlords, property owners, property managers, estate developers, and real estate agencies.
• Promote and sell a digital rent collection and property management software platform.
• Conduct simple and practical product demonstrations (both in-person and virtual) to show system features like rent tracking, reminders, digital payments, and tenant management tools.
• Follow a structured sales process to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and onboarding documents.
• Follow up with prospects and close deals within expected timelines.
• Research the real estate and property management market to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
• Support clients from first contact through onboarding and provide basic training on how to use the software.
• Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate contract terms when needed.
