Job Summary:
We are looking for a freshers or 2-5 years experienced Heavy Truck Mechanic with expertise in repairing and maintaining Tata, Ashok Leyland, Shacman, Kia, and Isuzu trucks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and major repairs of these truck brands to ensure maximum uptime and safety of the fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
# Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Tata, Leyland, Shacman, Kia, and Isuzu trucks mechanical system
# Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance, including engine servicing, gearbox repairs, clutch, brakes, suspension, steering, and axle work.
# Diagnose and repair common faults in Cummins, Hino, Perkins, and other engines fitted on these trucks.
# Work efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime.
# Guide and train junior mechanics when required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
# Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Truck Mechanic, with proven expertise in Tata, Ashok Leyland, Shacman, Kia, and Isuzu trucks.
# Strong knowledge of diesel engines, fuel injection systems, Air system & Brake system.
# Good command of English (or local language).
# Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
