Warehouse Manager Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations for our retail business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory accuracy, stock movement, storage efficiency, dispatch coordination, and warehouse staff supervision to ensure products are available across stores and customer orders are fulfilled on time.

This role is critical in maintaining smooth retail operations by ensuring proper stock control, minimizing losses, and improving warehouse productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control systems
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement and retail stores
• Ensure timely transfer of stock to branches and outlets
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits
• Minimize stock loss, damage, and shrinkage through strong control measures
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficient storage and product movement
• Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, loaders, and dispatch teams
• Enforce health, safety, and security procedures within the warehouse
• Coordinate with retail stores, e-commerce, and logistics teams for order fulfillment
• Prepare warehouse performance reports including stock accuracy and dispatch timelines
• Manage returns, damaged goods, and reverse logistics processes
• Implement warehouse systems, barcoding, and inventory software improvements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4–6 years experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in retail
• Strong knowledge of stock control, warehousing processes, and inventory systems
• Experience with ERP, POS inventory systems, barcode scanners, or warehouse software
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines
