Cashier Full Time

Job Summary
We are looking for a diligent, customer-focused, and well-organized Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial transactions accurately, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the point of sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer payments (cash, mobile money, and card).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
• Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring full accuracy in daily sales reports.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues.
• Keep accurate transaction records and assist with basic inventory support when required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing role.
• Strong numeracy skills and high attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in computer systems and POS operations.
• High level of integrity, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to commute reliably to East Legon or Achimota.
