Field Sales Associate Full Time

The Field Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, educating them about BIMA’s insurance products, registering new clients, and providing excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell BIMA insurance products to individuals and households.
• Prospect for new customers through field visits and community engagement.
• Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to potential clients.
• Register customers accurately using mobile devices or sales applications.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Submit daily sales reports and other required documentation.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write.
• JHS, SHS, Diploma, or Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned communities.
