Finance Manager Full Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s financial health, accounting operations, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, compliance, cash flow management, and ensuring accurate financial records that support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory filings, and financial policies
• Prepare management reports with financial insights and recommendations
• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulators
• Analyze financial data to improve profitability and cost efficiency
• Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting systems
• Supervise and mentor finance/accounting staff
• Support senior management with strategic financial decisions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ICA, CPA, or CA
• Minimum 5+ years experience in finance or accounting management
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax laws
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, or ERP systems
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
