Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and reconciliation reports
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor company expenditures and ensure proper documentation
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Support auditing processes and compliance with financial regulations
Collaborate with management to improve financial systems and controls
Requirements
HND/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel)
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
High level of reliability, honesty, and professionalism
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
