Marketing & Training Manager Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Training Manager to lead our retail brand growth while developing high-performing store teams. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with staff training and performance development to drive customer engagement, increase sales, and strengthen brand consistency across all retail outlets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful marketing campaigns, managing promotions, and designing training programs that improve customer service, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Management

• Develop and execute retail marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales
• Plan and manage seasonal promotions, product launches, and in-store campaigns
• Oversee social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and brand communication
• Coordinate visual merchandising and in-store branding activities
• Analyze campaign performance, customer trends, and competitor activities
• Work closely with sales teams to align promotions with revenue targets
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns
• Build partnerships with influencers, media, and external agencies where necessary

Training & Staff Development

• Design and deliver training programs for sales staff, supervisors, and store managers
• Train employees on product knowledge, customer service, upselling, and retail operations
• Develop onboarding programs for new hires
• Conduct regular store visits to assess staff performance and identify skill gaps
• Create training manuals, SOPs, and learning materials
• Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, mystery shopping, and performance reviews
• Coach teams on achieving sales targets and improving customer experience
• Support leadership development for store supervisors and branch managers

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, or related field
• Minimum 4–6 years experience in retail marketing, training, or a similar managerial role
• Strong understanding of retail sales, consumer behavior, and customer service
• Experience in staff coaching, team development, and performance management
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track campaign ROI and training outcomes
• Ability to travel between store locations when required
