Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inventory, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
Supervise restaurant staff and daily activities
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally
Manage stock, supplies, and vendors
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Handle cash, reports, and daily sales records
Train and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of food service and customer relations
Smart appearance, reliable, and results-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and on weekends
HND or Degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage
