Key Responsibilities
Strategy development: Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote products and services.
Market research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities and understand consumer behavior.
Campaign management: Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, and social media.
Sales management: Work with the sales team to develop targeted strategies, generate leads, and ensure sales quotas are met.
Customer relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, answer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Performance reporting: Track sales and campaign performance, and create and present reports to management.
Essential skills and qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Technical skills: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and potentially data analytics software.
Experience: Proven sales or marketing experience and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred
