Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and promoting the company’s brand and products to maximize profitability. The role combines creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to attract and retain customers while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
Actively promote and sell the company’s products to customers through direct sales, referrals, and digital platforms.
Identify potential clients, generate new business leads, and follow up on sales inquiries.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
Marketing Duties:
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and brand.
Manage social media pages, website updates, and online advertising to enhance visibility.
Plan and organize promotional events, exhibitions, and product displays.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to make informed recommendations.
Prepare marketing reports, performance analyses, and customer feedback summaries.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (experience in home furnishings or retail is an advantage).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
Good image, eloquence, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Age: 35 years and below.
