Sales Supervisor Full Time

Job Summary

The Sales Supervisor will lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Sales Associates to achieve sales targets while ensuring quality customer acquisition and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise Field Sales Associates.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Conduct field coaching and performance reviews.
• Motivate and support the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure accurate customer registrations and quality sales.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
• Organize community sales activities and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.
• Resolve customer and team-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write.
• SHS, Diploma, or Degree holders preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or team supervision is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
